Contract covers all GE products (GE, Hotpoint, Profile) in the following categories:

• CATEGORY A - REFRIGERATORS & FREEZERS (INCLUDING COMPACT/DORM)
• CATEGORY B - RANGES, COOKTOPS, OVENS & HOODS
• CATEGORY C - MICROWAVES (COUNTERTOPS & OVER-THE-RANGE)
• CATEGORY D - DISHWASHERS
• CATEGORY E - WASHER & DRYERS (RESIDENTIAL)

Contract does not cover commercial appliances:

• PUSH-TO-START COMMERCIAL WASHER (TOP LOAD) & SINGLE LOAD
• COIN-OPERATED COMMERCIAL WASHER (TOP LOAD) & SINGLE LOAD
• DRYERS – NATURAL GAS HEAT/ ELECTRIC HEAT
• WASHER-EXTRACTORS (FRONT LOAD)

This is a mandatory Statewide Term Contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities and community colleges - unless exempted by North Carolina General Statute. Additionally, non-mandatory entities, including schools and local governments, that are allowed by general statute may use this contract.
