070A - Vehicles (Passenger, Truck, Van, SUV and Law Enforcement)
This contract covers:
- CATEGORY A SEDANS
- CATEGORY B SUV/CROSSOVER
- CATEGORY C VANS
- CATEGORY D LIGHT TRUCKS
- CATEGORY E MEDIUM AND SUPER DUTY TRUCKS
- CATEGORY F PASSENGER VANS/CARGO VANS
- CATEGORY G CAB AND CHASSIS
- CATEGORY H POLICE PERSUIT VEHICLES/SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES (PPV/SSV) SEDANS, VANS, & TRUCKS
Some 2022 models will be added to the contract after pricing becomes available.
The contract does cover OEM options and aftermarket components:
- Discounts for OEM options and aftermarket components are included in the pricing information sheet and can be ordered through the awarded dealer for each vehicle.
- Examples of covered items include but are not limited to the following: storage bins, ladder racks, light bars, work trays, equipment mounts, special decaling, non-factory window tinting, cages, partitions, lifts, and bed covers.
This is a mandatory state term contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities and community colleges - unless exempted by North Carolina General Statue. Additionally, non-mandatory entities, including schools and local governments, that are allowed by general statue may use this contract.
NOTE: Per General Statute 143-341 (8)(i) all state agencies must fulfill their requirements for passenger vehicles through Motor Fleet Management. If you have a question about this statute or what vehicles are covered under the statute, you are advised to contact Motor Fleet Management.
