This contract is intended to cover the state's normal requirements for the following items:

1. Type A School Buses

a. Small Configuration, Gas, Passenger Max 14 + Driver

b. Medium Configuration, Gas, Passenger Max 18-25 + Driver

c. Large Configuration, Gas, Passenger Max 26-30 + Driver

2. Type A Activity Buses

a. Small Configuration, Gas, Passenger Max 14 + Driver

• Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Requirements
• Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) Requirements

b. Medium Configuration, Gas, Passenger Max 18-25 + Driver

c. Large Configuration, Gas, Passenger Max 26-30 + Driver

This is a mandatory Statewide Term Contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, community colleges, and non-mandatory entities including schools and local governments.
