948B - Pharmaceutical Returned Goods Processing
This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for pharmaceutical returned goods through the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP) cooperative purchasing agreement and to provide agencies a mechanism to receive credit for returned pharmaceutical products. This contract is not a hazardous waste disposal contract and, therefore, vendor will not knowingly accept hazardous waste for processing.
This is a convenience Statewide Term Contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, community colleges, and non-mandatory entities, including schools and local government.
