Council for Women & Youth Involvement Grants State & Federal DV/SA Program Grants The NC Council for Women & Youth Involvement provides grants and certification to qualifying NC agencies which provide domestic violence, sexual assault, or family violence prevention and services. Grantees must report regularly on client services and expenditures. These grants are funded through the state Sexual Assault and Rape Crisis Center Fund, state Domestic Violence Center Fund, and federal Family Violence Prevention and Services Act respectively.
