The contract is limited to small hand and power tool categories not covered under the primary Statewide Term Contract 445B for Maintenance, Repair and Operation Supplies (MRO) with W.W. Grainger Inc. This contract shall be a secondary contract for the following tools:
  • A tool that is held and operated by the user’s hands
  • A hand tool is a device for performing work on a material or physical system using only hands
  • The hand tools can be manually used employing force, or electrically powered using electrical current
The contract covers five (5) categories:
  1. Electrical / Lighting (Electrical Equipment, Lamps, Ballasts, Fixtures, & Lighting);
  2. Industrial Supplies & Equipment (Abrasives, Adhesives, Sealants, Lubricants & Coatings, Controls, Instrumentation, Testing & Measurements, Fasteners/Hardware, Fluid Power, HVAC/R (does not cover HVAC-Air Filters & Air Conditioners), Material Handling, Mechanical/Power Transmission, Plumbing/PVF, Welding);
  3. Janitorial Supplies & Equipment;
This contract covers the state’s normal requirements for locks, locking devices and accessories as follows:

This contract covers the state’s normal requirements for external automatic, semi-automatic and manual defibrillators, including parts and accessories.

This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for Pocket Nurse Simulation Healthcare Training Products including:

  • A broad portfolio of medical supplies for healthcare simulation education
  • Multi-location shipping, Pocket Nurse® delivery and local installation services
  • Large volume order discounts
  • Flexible payment options

This is a convenience contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, community colleges, and non-mandatory entities including schools and local governments.
