This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for air filters for use in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.

This is a mandatory Statewide Term Contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities and community colleges, unless exempted by North Carolina General Statute. Additionally, non-mandatory entities, including schools and local government, that are allowed by general statute may use this contract.

  • CATEGORY D - DISHWASHERS
  • CATEGORY E - WASHER & DRYERS (RESIDENTIAL)

This contract covers various types of art supplies and accessories in the following categories:

This contract covers: General Repair Parts, Heavy Duty Repair Parts, Chrysler/Mopar OEM Parts, Ford/Motorcraft OEM Parts. This contract does not cover: GM/AC Delco OEM Parts, Batteries, Oils, Greases, Lubricants, and Tires.

This contract intended to cover the State’s normal requirements for vehicle and equipment storage batteries. Types of batteries covered include automotive, heavy truck, light and heavy equipment, golf cart, and emergency lighting batteries. This contract does not include small appliance and office equipment batteries.

This contract covers truck bodies and chassis in the following categories:

This contract is for the purchase of steel dump bodies to be used in severe duty on/off road applications for the purposes of pushing snow, spreading salt and sand by the use of in-body spreaders, hauling rip-rap, stumps, debris, rock, sand, asphalt, etc. These factors are to be taken into consideration in the design and installation of the bodies, hydraulics, electrical systems and all components called for in this specification. The units offered shall be new, unused and a current model under standard production by the manufacturer.

This contract covers:

  • CATEGORY B SUV/CROSSOVER
  • CATEGORY C VANS
  • CATEGORY D LIGHT TRUCKS
  • CATEGORY E MEDIUM AND SUPER DUTY TRUCKS
  • CATEGORY F PASSENGER VANS/CARGO VANS
  • CATEGORY G CAB AND CHASSIS
  • CATEGORY H POLICE PERSUIT VEHICLES/SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES (PPV/SSV) SEDANS, VANS, & TRUCKS

Some 2022 models will be added to the contract after pricing becomes available.

The contract does cover OEM options and aftermarket components:

This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for 35,000 GVWR cab & chassis trucks and 50,000-70,000 GVWR cab & chassis dump trucks.

The contract allows participating public agencies to issue purchase orders to Club Car authorized dealers, and directly to Club Car if required.

This is a mandatory Statewide Term Contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, community colleges, and non-mandatory entities including schools and local governments.
