Re: Lowering of North Carolina Flag in Tribute to Cpl. Dillon C. Baldridge

Governor Roy Cooper today ordered all North Carolina flags on state facilities to be lowered to half-staff beginning Wednesday, June 14 in tribute to Cpl. Dillon C. Baldridge.

Baldridge, of Youngsville, was killed June 10 in Afghanistan.
