SCOPE OF WORK
The successful bidder will be responsible for construction of a four-bay salt storage facility. The building is constructed of cast in place concrete walls bearing on a shallow concrete foundation, with wood truss roof.
Mechanical and plumbing work are excluded from this project. Electrical work is provided by the contractor.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the Mecklenburg County Maintenance Office at: 6820 Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd, Charlotte, NC 28781.
