Event Description

This instructor-led course explains the elements of total cost of ownership (TCO) financial analysis for public procurement. This is an intermediate to advance course designed for advanced procurement professionals who are faced with financial analysis in supporting acquisition decisions for various goods and services. Through case-based scenarios and mathematical formulas, discover all the obvious costs and hidden costs of ownership across the full life cycle of the acquisition and how to analyze them. This 1-day course is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. and will be held in P&C’s Training Center, Room G111.

Registration for this course and other P&C related trainings is available in the NC Learning Center for users of the Integrated HR-Payroll System - formerly known as BEACON (state agencies and institutions). Community college, local government, public school and university employees must first create an account in the NC Leaning Center before registering for training courses.
