Frank L. Blum Construction- ECU Greene Residence Hall- Greenville, NC

Frank L. Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by East Carolina University and is seeking to prequalify construction trade and specialty contractors to submit bids to furnish labor, materials, equipment and tools for the Greene Residence Hall project in Greenville, NC.

DESCRIPTION: Renovations are planned for the existing, roughly 85,000 square foot, ten-story residence hall in the West End Neighborhood of East Carolina University’s campus. The target construction period for Greene Residence Hall is from May 2018 until August of 2019. ECU will grant access to the entire residence hall for the aforementioned duration allowing time to complete construction in one phase. Unlike other ECU residence halls, this will not be a phased project.

Plans will not be issued to any contractor until prequalification form is submitted and approved by the Committee. The target bid date is April 19, 2018.
