Scope of Work:
• The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Scope of work includes addition of a new temporary wall that divides the existing gymnasium into a new dance studio, drama studio, and entry vestibule.
• Work to be performed between May 7th and June 27th.

Alternate # 2 – Extra Layer of Gypsum Board
• Work includes but is not limited to: Misc. Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Interior Architectural Woodwork, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Gypsum Board, Resilient Base and Accessories, Painting, Corner Guards, Fire Extinguishers, Cabinets & Accessories, HVAC and Electrical.
