The project consists of a new 2-story, 3-bay fire station with 17,597 sf of floor space for the Town of Cary, NC. This project is a “Green Build” and incorporates many LEED strategies. The structure will consist of a combination of load bearing masonry and a steel frame. The exterior skin consists of brick, aluminum composite metal panels, and storefront and curtainwall systems. Roofing consists of a white PVC membrane roof system. Site work includes heavy duty concrete paving, onsite generator, and utility work.
