Pursuant to the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina, sealed submissions are invited and should be received by the Planning Department for the City of Goldsboro, located at 200 North Center Street, Goldsboro, North Carolina, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the 23rd day of January 2019.

2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) Development
The City of Goldsboro is seeking qualified and experienced submitters to provide the City with statements of qualifications for the planning and design for the Goldsboro MPO Metropolitan Transportation Plan Update. The Request for Proposals will be made available as a PDF file on the City of Goldsboro’s website at www.goldsboronc.gov and also available in hard copy format in the Finance Department, 200 North Center Street, Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Jennifer Collins, Planning Director, City of Goldsboro, 200 N. Center Street (P.O. Drawer A), Goldsboro, North Carolina 27533. The outside of the envelope must be marked “RFP2018-003 Planning and Design Consultant Services – 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan(MTP) Development.” The name and address of the submitter shall be plainly marked on the sealed envelope.
The City of Goldsboro reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposals or to reject any or all responses to the Request for Proposals, or parts thereof, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City.
