The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
*The renovation includes approx. 115,000 SF of existing space with major grading and site work around the perimeter of the building. Work also includes demolition of the existing welding building, the pedestrian bridge at the south entry, and construction of a new steel framed entry on the south face elevation, as well as a new entrance and canopy on the north face elevation. The interior renovation will modify most of the existing space, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, new elevators, stair and departmental layouts
