The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace existing floors as specified in areas specified at The Johnston County Public Health Dep. including cove base in affected areas. Contractor will be responsible for moving all furniture in affected areas, removing existing floors or feathering at edge's to cover existing floors and installing new flooring as specified in Attachment A of this bid. Workmanship is expected to be of the highest quality and to the satisfaction of Johnston County. Damage caused by the contractor will be the financial responsibility of the contractor. Contractor is also responsible for removal of all trash and debris from site.

All Carpet shall lay flat and straight and LVT shall lay tight and have no gaps. After completion of work, all new and existing components shall be inspected, adjusted, and left clean and free of dirt, Etc. Contractor shall also protect installed product finished surfaces from damage. Contractor will be responsible for removal of debris and trash from site. All work should be completed after hours unless otherwise agreed upon by Daniel Clifton (FACILITIES DIRECTOR) or his designee.

HUB vendors/contractors are encouraged to submit a bid for this project.
