Dewberry Design-Builders is inviting you to bid on the Sampson County CC Trades Training Center project with Sampson Community College.
You are encouraged to submit proposals on any/all scopes of work you would like to pursue including breaking down the scopes of work into smaller components that are more suitable to your firm.
Project Scope:
Construction of a 5,201 GSF, 1-story Building, of Type IIB Construction. Building includes slab and foundations, masonry walls, roofing and interior finishes. Spaces to include an open shop area, classroom, study rooms, bathrooms, a janitor’s closet and a mechanical room. Site work including minor grading and new pavement. Demolition of an existing building is required. Project also includes demolition of an existing building and utilities.
Plans and specifications are also available for review at our office at Suite 300, 2610 Wycliff Rd. Raleigh, NC 27607. Please call ahead to ensure their availability for your use when you arrive and to ensure compliance of all COVID-19 requirements by Dewberry and all Federal, State and local officials.
Please notify us if you need assistance with any of the following:
-Assistance in procuring/renting/leasing any necessary equipment, acquiring lines of credit or joint pay agreements in order to secure loans, supplies, letters of credit or consideration for waiving credit that is ordinarily required for this project.
-Obtaining bonding or any insurances required by the contract documents.
-Acquiring competitive pricing, including unit pricing for this work or if you need quick pay agreements in order to take advantage of discounts and/or to help with cash flow.
We request all interested bidders send a scope of work to be performed to jmacdonell@dewberry.com at least (3) three days prior to bid date to allow ample time to review and cover any gaps that may occur due to exclusions or exceptions.
