Flag Alert: Lowering of the US and NC Flags to half-staff through sunset on May 22 in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Sante Fe, Texas

Governor Roy Cooper has joined President Donald Trump in ordering all United States and North Carolina flags at state facilities to be lowered to half-staff today, May 21, 2018 until sunset on May 22, 2018, in honor of the victims  of the school shooting in Sante Fe, Texas.
