To grow your business, you must have sound management practices and processes in place.

Our services include strategic and business planning, staffing, organization and structure, policies and procedures and general business consulting.
 

Business Matchmaking

The North Carolina MBDA Business Center provides matchmaking and networking opportunities to clients primarily through seminars, webinars, direct consulting and more. Through 1-on-1 consulting we can also inquire and locate other MBEs for collaboration.

As a client, you also gain access to our training sessions which cover a variety of topics such as: Growing a Business with Google.
 

Capital Sourcing

The most important aspect of developing your business, and often the most difficult to achieve, is access to capital and finance management. Our business advisors offer extensive experience in commercial lending and banking, financial, credit and risk analysis and general finance counseling.

Contract Opportunity Sourcing

The NC MBDA’s MBE specialists provide procurement assistance to help firms do business with the federal, state, and local governments as well as private corporations.

We provide identification of procurement opportunities, solicitation analysis, bid and proposal preparation, research contract award histories, post-award contract administration, and certifications assistance.
