Project Title: Fort Benjamin Park Repairs

Scope of Work:
We are requesting a quote from you for the Fort Benjamin Park Repairs located at 100 McQueen Blvd, Newport, NC 28570
Details are as follows:
• The Contractor shall repair and or replace any damaged vinyl soffit, siding, felt and trim on all sides of the building.
• The Contractor shall replace four (4) exterior light fixtures on northeast side of building to match existing, as well as replacing cover(s) for any exterior receptacles.
• The Contractor shall repair the damaged vinyl fencing on the west side of the building. This includes replacing the siding of fence with the pieces on site and reinforcing post that have tilted.
• The Contractor shall make minor shingle repairs to white shed on west side of the building.
• The Contractor shall remove carpet in the Directors and assistants office and replace with two by two (2x2) Shaw Industries, Mystify, Purplex carpet squares and 4inch black cove base.
• The Contractor will be responsible to verify all measurements for materials needed.
• The Contractor will be responsible to move any furniture, appliances and others accessories to perform this particular project.
• Schedule of work will be determined by Carteret County Government upon selected Contractor.
• The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur.

Contractors must be able to provide current Certificates of Insurance for pubic liability, property damage, and Workers’ Compensation. Quotes/bids/proposals will not be accepted after the due date assigned.
All contractual terms and conditions will be subject to review by Carteret County and will include scope, schedule, and other necessary items pertaining to the project.
Please provide your proposal with break outs for labor, materials and tax if applicable.
