Scope of Work
WANTED RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTORS
The City of Kinston is seeking contractors for the rehabilitation of two (2) homes funded under the city’s Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool – Disaster Recovery (ESFRLP-DR) Program. Contracts will be awarded based on a competitive bidding process.
Interested contractors must carry general liability insurance and workman’s compensation insurance as required by State law.
Contractors desiring to bid on housing rehabilitation jobs are required to have a lead-based paint Renovation, Repair, & Painting (RRP) certification.
Bid documents may be obtained by emailing the Wilmington office of Holland Consulting Planners at admin@hcpplanning.com. There is no charge for receiving bid packages.
HUB certified vendors/contractors are encouraged to submit a bid for this project.
