Procurement Information Portal

The Procurement Information Portal (PIP) provides procurement end-users of North Carolina state agencies, universities, community colleges, local governments and local education agencies with the ability to search for and access state procurement administration information in a secure location.

The portal serves as the central resource hub for the state procurement documents, forms and tools. Administration resources such as procurement-related manuals, agency forms and documents, available training, agency-related news and memos are no longer accessible on the public webpage.

To request access to the Procurement Information Portal, please submit a Procurement Information Portal Access Request.

Note: Access will be granted only to end-users of North Carolina state agencies, universities, community colleges, local governments and local education agencies.

After you have been granted access to the portal, enter here: Procurement Information Portal

NC eProcurement eReporting

Archive Buyer (Version 9R1) was retired on December 31, 2020.  Historical data is accessible through the NC eProcurement eReporting Tool, which is also accessible via the Procurement Information Portal.

A limited number of licenses to use this tool are available per agency.  To view the eProcurement eReporting user(s) for your entity, log into the Procurement Information Portal and view the eReporting User List posted in the Documents section.

The process to request access has been streamlined through the NC eProcurement User Maintenance eForm.  Security Administrators can now add or delete users from the eReporting tool using the familiar form.  For instructions, please view the eProcurement eReporting Access job aid.

A master list of users that have access to the eReporting tool is stored in the Procurement Information Portal (PIP).
