The warehouse, retail store and vehicle lot are open 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m, Mondays through Fridays. Keys for viewing auction vehicles are not issued after 4 p.m. We are unable to process payments after 4:30 p.m.

State Surplus Property Agency operates its retail store at the warehouse location in 6501 Chapel Hill Rd, Raleigh, NC and has authorized the operation of Off-Site Retail Stores in several state universities for immediate cash sale.
Offsite locations include: North Carolina State University, UNC-Chapel Hill, UNC-Greensboro, East Carolina University, UNC-Wilmington, UNC-Pembroke, UNC-Charlotte.
