The Mail Service Center delivers letters and packages each weekday to state and local government agencies throughout North Carolina, reducing delivery time and cost. The Mail Service Center also processes and delivers all non-governmental mail and packages going to/from state agencies.

The Mail Service Center continues to add zero emission vehicles (ZEVs) where possible in its mail delivery fleet, including a recent shipment of seven Ford E-Transit vans.
