  • The North Carolina Department of Administration, Facility Management Division is excited to introduce you to our new Maintenance Management System, “ReADY” by AssetWorks.

    ReADY will allow our Building Coordinators to report issues, request alterations, and track their work orders, all in one place. ReADY is a web-based solution, designed to keep you informed of your work order’s status, in real time, every step of the way.

            ReADY will be the new home and method for Building Coordinators to request various

       services, including:

  • Routine Maintenance Requests for DOA facilities
  • Alteration Requests to be performed by Facility Management Staff
  • Sign Requests
  • Key and Core Requests (including Contractor Key Requests)
  • Badge Access Requests
          ReADY is protected by NCID Single Sign-On (SSO), so if you do not currently have state

**Your first time logging in, you may receive an email from AssetWorks asking you to verify your email. Please do so, then you will have the appropriate ReADY Tiles available.
(it may be necessary to log out and back in the first time). We plan to phase out our current request portal when ReADY goes live,Wednesday, November 18th, 2020.

          Only authorized building coordinators may use the ReaDY online system.

          Contact Work Control at 919-733-2967 for emergency issues only, otherwise use

          the ReaDY Application / Web Portal.

  • Track Energy Data Online   
    Facility Management Division has been tracking electrical and natural gas consumption data for buildings owned and maintained by Department of Administration on a monthly basis since November 1998. Previously this data was only available within the Facility Management local area network. However, this data is now available on the Internet.
