Save Money & Time: Use MSC & State Courier
Did you know that all mail and packages sent to and from North Carolina state government agencies go through DOA's Mail Service Center? Even those sent through USPS are processed by the MSC. If you are sending mail (or packages) from one state agency to another, the fastest and cheapest way is through MSC delivery.

Courier Billing Rates
Courier Billing is based on a calendar month and sent through the NCDOA Fiscal Office. For billing questions, call MSC at 984-236-7160.

MSC Annual Service Fees
