“The purpose of the Young Voices Matter competition is to empower children to share their perspective on injustices they have witnessed in their communities, provide solutions that will make a positive impact and encourage their peers to live by the Content of Character principle taught by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr…Participants will write a script, perform it with a group of friends or as a monologue, film it using a smart phone or tablet, and edit the project using free movie editing apps.” The deadline to submit videos is April 28, 2017.
