Frank L. Blum Construction Company will be bidding on the Murphy Center Broadcast Studio Renovation project at NC State University in Raleigh, NC.
We are seeking trade contractor proposals for the following scopes of work: Selective Demolition, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Unit Masonry, Structural Steel & Steel Deck, Millwork, Caulking & Sealants, Penetration Firestopping, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Storefront/Curtainwall, Glazing, Mirrors, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Base & Accessories, Painting, Interior Staining, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, BDF/IDF Grounding & Bonding for Communication Systems, and Fire Alarm.
Proposals are due no later than 12:00 pm (noon) on Thursday, April 26, 2018 and should be emailed to bids@flblum.com.
