The Fayetteville-Cumberland Human Relations Department will host a training session “Fair Housing for Deaf and Hard of Hearing” as part of its community outreach and education efforts on Saturday, June 30, 2018. The session will include a lecture with question and answer session, and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters. Topics will include, but are not limited to:
§ Fair Housing protections for persons who are differently abled;
§ How to respond to perceived discriminatory actions; and
§ Fair housing education networking opportunities.
