Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovate approx. 1,873 SF of space on the first floor of MacNider Hall. The space is currently office space and the new space will be offices and work areas. The work will consist of (a) selective demolition of walls, doors, built-in shelving, suspended acoustical ceiling and related power, data, HVAC and sprinkler infrastructure; (b) installation of new walls, ceiling and finishes, and (c) installation of electrical, tele-data, HVAC and sprinkler equipment to support the new layout.
• Work includes but is not limited to: Selective Demolition, Unit Masonry, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Architectural Wood Casework, Joint Sealants, Hollow Metal Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Door Hardware, Glazing, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Tile Carpeting, Interior Painting, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical
HUB certified vendors/contractors are encouraged to submit a bid for this project.
