FLAG ALERT: Lowering of NC Flags to Half-Staff at NC Zoo From Sunrise to Sunset on Thursday, July 25 in Honor of State Employee, Arborist Branson Langley

Governor Roy Cooper today ordered all North Carolina flags on the grounds of the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Thursday, July 25, to honor state employee and arborist Branson Langley. Langley, a Randolph County native, died last Thursday while performing an aerial rescue drill at the zoo.
